My Applied Experience

It is a busy time of year for everyone in accounting, no doubt. I did want to take the time to tell you my outstanding experience with Kathy. It is not the first time I have worked with her, but my involvement has always been a positive experience. She is patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. It’s obvious she knows her Applied Accounting and that gives me a lot of confidence in her support! ^

I had called Applied Systems to help me with running an audit for renewal policies for my clients. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew and he was very helpful, and took time and had patience to explain in detail about the process how to run this audit. He has a very gentle tone that makes the other person feel that it does not matter not to know all about the system. I was very happy with his service and I requested if he could send me the email for his supervisor. Thank you for having such people in your team. ^

Nicole was cheerful, kind and very knowledgeable about my question which was importing contacts so I could send an email blast out to our clients. Not only was she helpful on this matter, after I emailed her with another question along the same lines she promptly called me and went the extra step to obtain the information I needed! I am very grateful to her for all of her assistance. Kudos to Nicole! ^

Want to mention my experience dealing with Marissa. She was excellent, probably the nicest technician I have ever had to deal with. It was her suggestion to further explore this issue with Dan's department should the issue arise again. Both Dan and Marissa were a pleasure to deal with. ^
