My Applied Experience

I wanted to take a brief moment to share some good news with you. Samantha B. has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She continues to impress me with her knowledge and customer service skills. She is always available to speak to me, always very courteous, and probably most important, she is very patient with me. She then goes out of her way to follow up and make sure that everything was handled properly. It’s people like that who make me confident and more than willing to recommend others to partner with Applied. You have a great one in Samantha! ^

Elizabeth was extremely helpful. She not only solved my problem, but provided tips to ensure that it didn't occur again and taught me a couple of things to allow me to better utilize the system, as well as offering follow up support if I needed it. ^

I am writing to you this morning to inform you of my appreciation of the superior customer service that I continually receive from one of your employees. Over the last several months, I have had the good fortune to connect with Sonja H. when in need of solutions, resolutions and direction in resolving Applied TAM accounting issues with our agency system. She is thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, positive, patient, and timely with her responses and service. I feel so confident in knowing that whatever issue arises, Sonja will be able to assist in getting it resolved to our satisfaction. She is truly an asset and is very deserving of being recognized for her outstanding service. ^

Our interface contact during our Applied TAM to Applied Epic transition, Laura, is awesome. She has been very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She has been great from the beginning, always available and working with us through our problems. Too often we let everyone know when there is a problem; I felt it was important to point out the great work Laura continues to do for us. ^

I have been with applied systems for 19 years and overall I receive very good support. However from time to time I find myself facing challenging accounting issues that I create by not properly entering things and I have for several years reached out to Kathy B. and she is absolutely incredible at her job. What is most impressive is that she actually takes the time to explain what I am doing wrong and her knowledge of the Applied software in simply incomprehensible to me; she knows every single drop down box, section to enter off the top of her head. I know she has worked with Applied for many years but I had to just send you a note that she is truly a remarkable person and employee. ^
